As a church revitalization ministry under Grace Advance, Grace Community Church of Long Beach is committed to establishing a plurality of leaders. At this time we are receiving counsel and assistance from two Grace Advance elder advisors, Bill Shannon and Hohn Cho. These men will assist us with important decisions until established leaders are in place.
At this time, we are in the process of training men to assist with regular duties. These men are called “Servant Leaders.” The goal is to prepare them to serve the church based on current needs, and as they develop, encouraging them to candidate for the position of a deacon. As they develop, the opportunity to serve as elders will become the next step.
